We opened our first Fin Sushi location on Madison’s west side, offering a modern, fast-casual setting where guests could enjoy expertly prepared sushi made to order. Building on that success, we’ve recently expanded to Sun Prairie, continuing our mission to bring fresh, flavorful sushi to even more of our neighbors.
